why is "My genius is rebuked, as it is said
Mark Antony’s was by Caesar" a simile and why is

"Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown" a metaphor?

A simile is a comparison using "like" or "as" thus Macbeth is saying that his genius is taken away just as it did between Antony was by Caesar.

The witches did not place any crown on Macbeth's head, the crown is metaphorical.
