How does lady Macbeth prove to be a fourth witch or evil incarnate??

Lady Macbeth, in addition to the witches, drives her husband to murder with her taunts and questioning of his manhood. She persistently eggs him on by questioning his courage, and from the first, we see her calling upon the evil ones, "Spirits that tend on mortal thoughts," to help her in her quest.
