How does Macduff challenge Macbeth's view that he will not be defeated?

Macduff challenges Macbeth's view that he will not be defeated by challenging him to man to man combat. Macduff is unafraid, he does not bank of prophecies, he simply wants revenge against the man who is responsible for his family's murder.
