What complication does Lady Macbeth discover and what does she do about it in lines 47-56?

She discovers that Macbeth still has the bloody daggers and has not placed them by the sleeping guards. That was a big part of her plan! She questions her husband's manhood a little more and then takes the daggers back to the sleeping guards herself.
