What does Macduff's reaction, "he has no children" mean

Macduff has just found out his family (children included) has been slaughtered by Macbeth. Malcolm keeps telling Macduff to "dispute it like a man" and get revenge. Macduff says he could never fully avenge Macbeth because Macbeth has no children to kill.
