What inferences can we draw about Macbeth’s character after Act I?

Macbeth has some pretty low self-esteem. He lets his wife manipulate him. He is very indecisive and cannot make up his mind about killing the king. Macbeth is probably the least equipped person for killing the king. He is really at the mercy of his wife's ambitions to be queen.
