I can't write your paragraph for you but there are changes in Macbeth's state of mind. He goes from to wanting to kill Duncan to reluctantly doing his wife's bidding. Macbeth is plagued by his conscience. He sees an imaginary dagger, "a dagger of the mind." He curses himself but as soon after Macduff and Ross come calling, Macbeth seems to settle into his new role as murdering tyrant.
