Macbeth

What signs do we have that Macbeth's conscience is continuing to bother him?

The dinner party.

Macbeth is totally unnerved by the presence of Banquo's ghost, who sits in his chair and directs toasts to himself. People wonder at Macbeth's conversation with himself (they can't see or hear Banqou), and his wife calls him a sissy.
