The second apparition says this. The witches have conjured up these apparitions to further mess with Macbeth's psyche. The second apparition seemingly gives Macbeth invincibility by saying that no man of woman born can harm Macbeth. The witches, however, trade in riddles and deception when anything is connected to them.
