Macbeth

WHO said: "horrible sight now, I see, 'tia true;/ for the blood-bolter'd banquo smiles upon me, and points at them for his." and WHAT does it means?

Macbeth says this. Macbeth has just demanded to know more from the apparitions. They show him a baby with a line of babies behind it. The line stretches on and they all belong to Banquo. Macbeth is being mocked because Banquo's sons will rule Scotland for seemingly eternity instead of Macbeth's future sons.
