why is Macbeth letting lady Macbeth wear the pants( be the boss)

Macbeth's wife is a very strong personality, and when faced with her husband's opportunity to fulfill the witches' prophecy, she doesn't have the same hesitations..... it's easy to push someone else to do a deed when you're keeping your own hands clean.
