Did George Segal ever play in a M.A.S.H. episode?

In the episode -I believe Hot Lips fell in love with him because he was an infantry soldier that seen action and in her eyes he is a brave war hero.

Although my first instinct was to say yes he must have been in at least one episode, I can find no evidence to support this so far. The Wikipedia list of guest stars in M*A*S*H does not have him recorded.
