ACT III SCENE 1: Basic summary questions

Based on how Shylock has been treated by Christians, is it wrong for him to want revenge? Why or why not?

If positions were reversed, would Antonio demand fulfillment of the bond according to the terms that were set? Why or why not?

In my opinion, Shylock is wrong because his intent was to hurt Antonio from the start. Shylock was well aware of Antonio's circumstances, and it was no secret that he did not like him. I believe that Shylock hoped for his "pound of flesh". He enjoyed the thought of Antonio's death.
