HOW IS OTHERS' TREATMENT OF THEIR SLAVES COMPARABLE TO SHYLOCK'S TREATMENT OF HIS 'POUND OF FLESH?'

I'm not sure what you mean by Other's treatment of slaves but cutting a pound of flesh from anybody would have been seen as excessive, even during that era.
