Portia says that all the man can talk about is his horse, and that he believes himself accomplished because he can shoe one. Portia muses that his mother may have had an affair with a blacksmith.

Portia says that he is an inexperienced young man ,he has nothing to do except doing the talk of his horse and always goes on saying that he can shoe his horse himself.
