What does Portia says to Bassanio when he chooses right casket?

Basically she says that all her fears and doubts are melting away. She feels an intense joy that Bassanio will pick the correct casket,
How all the other passions fleet to air, As doubtful thoughts, and rash-embraced despair, And shuddering fear, and green-eyed jealousy!O love, be moderate. Allay thy ecstasy. In measure rein thy joy. Scant this excess. I feel too much thy blessing. Make it less, For fear I surfeit.

Portia offers herself to Bassanio. She says she wishes that she was more beautiful and rich than what she is now so that Bassanio would value her more, so that her good qualities, beauty, possessions, and friends would be more than what he could expect. She describes herself as an innocent and inexperienced girl. She is happy that she is not too old to learn and even happier that she is not stupid and that she can learn but she is most happiest that she is now Bassanio’s so he can guide her as he wishes. She says that everything she has and everything she is now belongs to Bassanio. She talks about how one minute ago she was the owner of her beautiful mansion, master of her servants, and queen over herself. The next minute all of these things she offers to Bassanio through a ring and that if he loses it or gives it away their love will be doomed and that she will have every right to be angry at him.
