It is from The Merchant Of Venice Act 3 Scene 4.
She suggests that men believe themselves to be superior gut often look and act foolish. Portia points out that men are prone to imitation and they, Portia and Nerissa, do a better job at that then men. Portia thinks young men are fools and that she has, "A thousand raw tricks of these bragging Jacks."
