Shylock hates Antonio for a variety of reasons;
1) Antonio is a Christian.
"I hate him for he is a Christian...."
2) Antonio lends money without interest.
3) Antonio bullies him because he is a Jew.
"You call me misbeliever, cut-throat dog, And spit upon my Jewish gaberdine."

Shylock hates Antonio because:
1) he is a jew and them religions hated each other
2) he lost the trial
3) he was made by Antonio to become a Christian at the end of the play
4) Antonio lent out money
