Why is the real reason that Antonio believes that Shylock wants him dead?

Antonio says that he has given loans to people who were unable to pay Shylock back.
He seeks my life. His reason well I know. I oft delivered from his forfeitures Many that have at times made moan to me. Therefore he hates me.
