Discuss the conflict in novel Mine Boy, Chapter14.

In the opening of Chapter 14, Xuma walks the streets and thinks about Eliza’s absence, his mind slowly filtering all the things they’ve done together and will never do again. He goes to his room, but it is too painful to be there.

In the end of the chapter, Xuma experiences both a revelation and another loss, as Leah prepares to leave, and as she os going, reveals that she is actually his mother.
