Miss Brill schoolteacher from England who is in France, a lonely and old woman who thinks she is in a play and is the butt of people's jokes. Everyone in the story interacts with one another, but Miss Brill never speaks to anyone in the story. She only observes. Miss Brill has enough insecurities and motivations to call her a round character. Her internal conflicts are brought to the surface when she relates events that occurred at the park. Does she change enough to be dynamic? Although she changes in the moment, I don't know if there is enough evidence that her change is lasting.
