I'm not sure how this question relates to the story, Miss Brill. "Pregnant" with moral meaning would allude to "filled with", and this story is not filled with moral lessons. The most important moral lesson in the text can be found in Miss. Brill's lack of connection with the world around her.... her lack of human interaction. Because of her state of delusion, Miss. Brill is adversely affected by the words of the young couple who sit near her on the bench. She sees them as the hero and heroine of her fantasy, when in fact, they're the ones who bring her back to reality..... rudely and thoughtlessly. Thus, one very important moral lesson would be to reserve judgment and stifle cruel words, as we don't know the circumstances of those we're speaking about. The thoughtless words of two young people, effectively removed the only happiness of a lonely woman.....
