Who is Eddie Crisler?

Eddie Crisler is one of Grandpa's friends. He works at the courthouse. When they stopped to see Eddie, Grandpa said he had some business to take care of. Crisler mentions Citizen's Councils, and Grandpa quickly quiets him by slearing his throat. Whatever they're discussing, Grandpa doesn't want Hiram to be a part of it.
