Mississippi Trial, 1955
Why did the judge rule that the Sheriff's testimony was irrelevant to this case?
has to make sense
has to make sense
The judge ruled the sheriff's testimony irrelevent because of the defense's objection. The defense claimed that the sheriff did not have any testimony that was strictly related to the murder trial, although the sheriff did say that Milam and Bryant admitted to the kidnapping part of the charges when they were arrested. The judged ruled on the side of the defense.
