David loves his father and is proud of his position as sheriff but finds his job unexciting.... boring. He resents his uncle for disrupting their lives and even thinks about killing him himself.

Wesley is embarrassed by his brother's behavior, and although, he wants to uphold the law.... he also wants to keep his brother's actions underwraps.
