I think Beatrice and Benedick have a better chance. Both embrace each other's darker side. They relish in each other's wit and are not afraid to be themselves. They are both older and have a better appreciation of who they are. Claudio and Hero are both young and in "love". They, however, lack maturity and see the idealized love rather than what love becomes in the long term.
