The death of Mr M was evitable/avoidable.it was not meant to be and could be therefore be avoided.

I'm sorry, this is a short-answer forum desgined for text specific question. Mr. M's death was a senseless one.... it could have been avoided. Thami could have been more understanding.... he could have out his emotions aside and truly discussed things with his teacher. Mr. M might have been more forthcoming about his fears and suspicions, the actions of both sides were responsible for Mr. M's death. This is, of course, my opinion. What do you think?
