How does Bigger relate to his family?

Bigger is visibly frustrated and even emasculated at the situation of his family. He despises what they represent: namely, a poverty-stricken people who survive on the charity of other, more affluent people. He takes out this frustration with his family in several different ways--especially in his relationship with Ma.
