Tambu has complete respect and admiration for Nayasha's actions. She disagrees with the punishment her father places on Nyasha, and even goes so far as to tell him so. This in itself shows us the close, sisterly relationship between the two. Tambu's verbal response would also have been punishable........ and yet she takes the risk of angering her father to let him know she believes he's being unreasonable.
