Describe elie wiesels encounter with the dentist

The dentist summons Elie in an attempt to extract his gold crown. Elie pretends he's sick, something he repeats twice in order to keep the tooth. Before Ender can be called back again, the dentist is hung for keeping some of the gold he was removing from the prisoner's teeth.
