Question

I have 2 questions i can't find anywhere.

1. What does the father attempt to tell his son when he belives he is dying

2. what should the father not be given when he is ill.

These are in the last couple chapters of the book.

1) Eliezer's father want to tell him where he hid the gold and silver in the cellar.

2) Eliezer's father could not be given water. Water was "poison" for a man in his father's condition.
