why does eliezer feel "anger rising" within him when the other prisoners say the kaddish?

Eliezer feels upset about his faith in general, since it seems to be useless. At one point, he contends that he has "faith" in Hitler because Hitler kept his promises - however awful - to the Jews. The Kaddish is a prayer for the dead and certain Elie has seen an overabundance of death.
