When Lennie visits Crooks, Crooks demands that he leave his room. The situation is ironic because Lennie visits Crook's room, but the men won;t let Crooks come to the bunkhouse because he is black. They two men talk about trivual things until Candy arrives and brings up the farm. Crooks does, however, bring up George, and the fact that it's strange he travels with Lennie.
