Act 1 - How does Iago characterize his own soldiership and service against Cassio?

Cassio's soldiership is untried, whereas, Iago has proven himself at Rhodes and Cyprus.

And I, of whom his eyes had seen the proof
At Rhodes, at Cyprus, and on other grounds
