Othello seems to believe that cassio began the fight due to the fact that he cannot hold his liquor. Do you agree with this assessment? Explain and cite evidence.

It took an awful lot of alcohol to bring Cassio to fighting. I think that he would not have fought and acted honorably had he not been primed with drink. Thus, it is not an inaccurate assessment.

I have drunk but one cup tonight,

and that was craftily qualified too,

and behold what innovation it makes here.

I am unfortunate in the infirmity,

and dare not task my weakness with any more.
