Othello
Do you think Othello is telling the truth about the handkerchief's curse?

Do you think Othello is telling the truth about the handkerchief's curse?
I believe Othello said that the handkerchief carried magic..... that it belonged to his mother, and as long as his mother was in possession of the gift, she'd be in possesion of his father's love. Do I believe the curse it true? For me, no, superstitions are things that people create in their minds. In Othello's case, he brings the curse upon himself by being gullible and allowing Iago to play with his mind..... instigate his jealousy. What do you think?
