Do you think you feel sympathy for Othello.Explain and Need Evidence
No, I find Othello's willingness to be duped, and his immediate suspicion and verdict of guilt for Desdemona to be disgusting. Jealousy is a debilitating trait, but his actions leave one thinking he should never have married. Even Othello would agree with this assessment, as seen in the quote below.
Speak of me as I am. Nothing extenuate,
Nor set down aught in malice. Then must you speak
Of one that loved not wisely, but too well;
Of one not easily jealous, but being wrought,
Perplexed in the extreme.
