Othello
Examine the result of Othello trusting Iago. Analyze how this incident in the drama propels the action and provokes a decision, (what does he ask Iago to do and how long should it take).
ACT III.iv
ACT III.iv
Othello is a man of absolutes-there is no in-between. Iago has sown the seeds of doubt earlier in the play and now they are germinating. Othello is incensed by Cassio, still believing that he was speaking of Desdemona, rather than Bianca. Now, Othello is resolved to kill Desdemona himself, and charges Iago with murdering Cassio.
