what does iago mean by saying such ? what is he trying to imply

I don't see mention of "man and woman", but in context, Iago is inferring that women are meant to stay home and take care of the children and watch the household finances.

She that could think and ne'er disclose her mind, See suitors following and not look behind, She was a wight, if ever such wights were—
