Iago's thoughts are a passive aggressive storm of statements and contradictions. He praises Othello and condemns Othello.
The Moor, howbeit that I endure him not, Is of a constant, loving, noble nature, Iago claims that Othello slept with his wife but there is no evidence of this: Iago seems to make this up to justify his hatred of Othello. We basically get a view into Iago's incoherent rage and vendetta against the moor in this soliloquy as well as his flawed sense of reality.
