what is our impression of Mrs. Gibbs from her conversation both with the chickens and with mrs. webb?

Our impression of Mrs. Gibbs is that she's a woman who'd enjoy a little adventure. She's accustomed herself to being a good wife and mother, but there's also a part of her that would love to get out of Grovers Corner and see the world. She's grown quite used to putting everyone else's needs before her own, but she still dreams about what she'd like to do.
