Why does Gladwell insist that IQ is not the determining factor in one's ability to achieve success? What does he mean when he suggests that IQ reaches a point of diminishing returns after reaching 130?

Gladwell argues that a formal education, a supportive home life, work ethic and drive are more important than simply having a high IQ. The emotional drive and resilience are the essence of "success". People with high Iq's do not always have the discipline and ambition needed for success.
