What does Margo get annoyed by in the story?

She gets annoyed by Q for always being scared. That's the only thing I know. However, my teacher said she gets annoyed by other things as well. Does anyone know the other things?

Margot is annoyed by having to maintain the persona of herself that she has created for others.

Margot was annoyed by her boyfriend's unfaithfulness.

She was also annoyed by the fact that she didn't think she was free to be herself.
