Davy's personality makes it "not surprising. He doesn't take abuse from anyone, and even though he practically invited them.......... his former actions leave me no choice but to NOT be shocked at his murder of Basca and Finch. Davy shows contempt for them early on, and his father breaks it up. When they intrude at his home, he feels he has no other choice. His behavior is rash, but he didn't leave anyone the argument of self defense because they hadn't done anything for him to kill them. What they would have done is an unknown.
