There are actually several alliterations in these lines. There is "besides," "boundless," and "bare"....You can also include "remains" and "round"; "lone" and "level" in previous lines. Alliteration places key emphases on words to reflect the decaying majesty of Ozymandias. Shelley also uses alliteration to frame the scene, like a picture. Note the beginning lines, "vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand ". Then he uses alliteration at the end as well.
