What ethical dilemma does Marji face? What is your opinion of justice?“ The Heroes”

I think that Marji wants the same sense of power and justice inflicted on the enemies of her family and countrymen. Really she is fantasizing on being just as violent and the cycle of suffering continues. It would be ethically problematic to impose my very Western ideals of justice in a place that is haunted by such pain and has a unique culture as well.
