What's Marji's encounter with the Gardians of the Revolution?

In the chapter, Kim Wilde, Marjane meets a group of women from the Guardians of the Revolution near the black market. They chastise Marjane for her western clothing, her sneakers, and the Michael Jackson pin she's wearing. They then cover her head with a scarf and threaten to take her to the “HQ of the Guardians of the Revolution.”
