Why did marjane satrapi choose persepolis, as the title of her book?

"The title, Persepolis, refers to the capital of the Persian Empire in 560 BCE and is another reference to Iran’s history." (1)

"The title is a reference to the ancient capital of the Persian Empire, Persepolis." (2)

The book's title is borrowed from the name of ancient Persia's ceremonial capital, dating back some 2,500 years, although Persepolis is in fact the Greek translation of the original Persian name, Parsa. (3)
