3. What kind of lesson you can get from Lod Byron's poem" Darkness"?

I think that Byron was way ahead of his time. The poem is really rather prophetic when looking at today's environmental crises. The poem explores the notion that the environment man resides in will reflect the landscape of his psyche. This is not a good thing. If we continue to abuse and exploit our environment out of greed and endless consumption, there will one day be only darkness.
