Write a note on Stephen's school days?

Stephen's days at the boarding school are difficult and long. He is lonely and homesick. He is also the object of bullying, but the fact he doesn't reveal his bulliers illustrates his understanding that talking about things often makes them worse. This understanding does not, however, extend to the teachers who punish children for what are often pereceived wrongs. When he is unable to complete a Latin assignment because his glasses are broken, his teacher accuses him of breaking them on purpose and paddles his hands.... a very painful punishment. Stephen will not tattle on the boys, but he will report injustice to Father Conmee.
